Contemporary Character Post 1: Who is the Character?

My chosen character is Sally Bowles. In the 'Cabaret' script, Sally is described as "a British cabaret singer at the Kit Kat Club". "She is in her early twenties, rather pretty, rather sophisticated, rather child-like, exasperating and irresistible." I would like to portray these traits in my character design, particularly focussing on the childlike, irresistible and exasperating traits.
